I had an appointment at 2pm for a pedicure. They sat me down at a pedicure chair at 215 and when I was still sitting there at 2:45 with no one yet, I decided to leave . It looked like there were at least 4 people ahead of me. I get it that they are busy but they really should prioritize appointments / lets customers know if they are running so far behind.
Everyone is always so nice. It’s so clean, and their overall vibe is calm and fun. John kills it every single time he’s done my nails, then today he did my brows too!!! He’s so amazing.
The salon was very pleasant, and my experience fully lived up to the positive reviews I read beforehand. I received a gel manicure and a gel pedicure with designs—both excellent service. My nail Tech took the time to help me choose the perfect color and design, and I truly appreciated that I never felt rushed during the process. My pedicurist was equally attentive and took great care with my pedicure. Having gone to the same nail salon for 23 years, I was hesitant about finding a new one after relocating. However, I’m happy to say I’ve found my new go-to salon. I will definitely be returning for regular services.
Jon was very thorough and very customer service oriented. He cared and took his time to make sure that I was happy with everything about nails. He did an excellent job. I got a full set liquid gel, design with 3-d acrylic nail art. It was only $110, which is very reasonable.
I am a loyal customer of best nails staff for yrs. John has been my nail tech for 6 yrs dating back to their prior shop. I am always satisfied with my services. I love the new shop. Everyone is great regardless who services you. There’s always a warm welcome, great atmosphere and relaxing environment on top of fire nails!
